A bespoke executive education programme for our investor partners, delivered by Cambridge Institute for Sustainability Leadership.
Our greatest impact stems from our ability to influence our fund manager partners. In aggregate, they manage nearly $750 billion of assets, demonstrating the scale of the opportunity for us to shape the sustainability agenda across the investment landscape.
Building on CISL’s deep understanding and existing programmes, "Net Zero by 2038" supports UCIM's fund manager partners to understand the severity of the climate crisis, develop relevant approaches to measuring emissions and reduce the environmental impacts of their portfolios.
So far, 18 fund managers with a combined $144bn of assets under management have completed the programme and, as a result, are improving their approach to sustainability to decarbonise their portfolios, as well as the Cambridge University Endowment Fund.
“The course surpassed all our expectations. The data presented on the course has motivated us to shift up a gear and increase the pace of change towards becoming a more sustainable investor.”
