Jess joined UCIM in June 2024. She previously worked as an Investment Consultant at Schroders, a global investment manager, where she advised define benefit pension schemes on their investment strategies. Before that, she worked at Lane Clark & Peacock as an Associate Investment Consultant, supporting senior colleagues in advising pension scheme trustees.
Jess graduated from the University of Warwick with a First Class Chemistry degree.
