Timo serves as a consultant to UCIM, focused on the Real Assets portfolio. He represents a number of clients through his consultancy Brooknoll Advisors, based in Boston. He previously worked as Director of Investments at Alta Advisers, one of Europe’s leading single family investment offices, leading their Real Assets investment programme. Prior to that, Timo held positions at Real Asset fund-of-funds FLAG Capital as well as a research consultant at outsourced investment office Cambridge Associates. He started his career in timberland investment at Hancock Timber Resource Group. He studied at Yale University, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree, a Masters in Forestry, and an MBA.
